We aim to ensure food safety for customers during operational hours.

PROCEDURE

Customers will have maximum 48 hours to pick up the order since the time they receive the confirmation email which states the order is ready.
If customers cannot pick up the order, they have to notify online shopping team of NP Supermarket by email via [email protected] within 48 hours since the time they receive the confirmation email.
If customers are failed to notify online shopping team of NP Supermarket, they can receive a refund up to 50% of the transaction.
