We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

If you are not happy with your purchase from NP Supermarket, you can return or exchange it, in accordance with the terms below.

Change of Mind Returns

Only grocery items can be returned in respond to your payment method. These grocery items must be returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging and with all pieces intact.

Fresh produce, dairy, meat, and frozen items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Faulty Goods Returns

Returns will be applied within 14 days of grocery purchase and

2 days of fresh produce, dairy, meat and frozen goods.

We exchange or refund goods which are incorrectly described, faulty, damaged, inedible or defective.

NP Supermarket reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.

For a claim to be made, notifications must be raised within 24 hours of purchase and be accompanied by a valid receipt number/ TX# as shown on receipt. Any cost incurred during item transport will be borne by customers themselves.

Online Shopping & Self-Collection

If your products were purchased online, we highly recommend you should check the quality of every single item during collection.

If the product is faulty we recommend you advise the NP staff member that served you. In this way we can immediately replace the product.

To process a refund on the product please send an email to [email protected] The email should contain the following information:

  1.  A photo of the defective product
  2. A photo/name of the cashier who processed your purchase
  3. A photo of your receipt

The refund will be finalised within 7 working days.

 

Where to return?

All NP Supermarket purchases can be returned to the NP Supermarket store you made the purchase.

Refund method

Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase or refunded to the account/method used to pay for the item.

NP Supermarket reserves the right to deny a refund or an exchange without a proper receipt.
